About oh hert

oh hert is the name of the 'company' under which I work as a part-time frontend developer. I love pushing pixels towards an accessible website.

My focus is mainly on creating a user-friendly experience for everyone. I’m a strong advocate for making the web accessible, not just for screen readers, but for everyone.

What I do

I make websites accessible for everyone. For every project I work on, accessibility is a standard item on my checklist. For existing projects, I create a comprehensive report with improvements according to WCAG guidelines, making your website usable for everyone.

I translate designs to the web with structured, maintainable (S)CSS. Where many developers can't see the CSS through the pixels, I conjure up a beautifully structured stylesheet. I use SCSS to structure stylesheets clearly, but prefer to write native CSS in that structure.

I develop custom websites and web applications with Kirby, a user-friendly content management system that you only pay for once, and Laravel. By using advanced AI tools, I can develop quickly without compromising on quality or customization. The result: a fast, unique website that is easy to manage by your team.
